Unknowingly, printer sharing was disabled on AZDOCSQL1 for Service Dept Canon printer. As a result, it also disabled sharing on the same printer on NJFS1 print server and removed it from view in \\NJFS1.

For some users, this printer became grayed out. So, DO NOT uncheck sharing.
