User gets an error message indicating "The password for this account has expired."


  • User can login into e-Auto
  • Has permissions to access his/hers pre-assigned modules
  • Can print to some printers but not to others
  • Changing e-auto password has no effect
  • User is part of the local admin group

Solution: After rebooting the PC, user got prompted to change the domain password. The reboot or the password change seems to have resolved the issue.
