User gets an error message indicating "The password for this account has expired."
- User can login into e-Auto
- Has permissions to access his/hers pre-assigned modules
- Can print to some printers but not to others
- Changing e-auto password has no effect
- User is part of the local admin group
Solution: After rebooting the PC, user got prompted to change the domain password. The reboot or the password change seems to have resolved the issue.
