Exchange calendar event sync to Android built in calendar app issue

If you're experiencing issues such as:
- I am not seeing meetings or appointments on my android calendar
They are in fact syncing however from extensive testing it appears
ALL DAY events show one day earlier than really scheduled.
Until Android releases a fix for this, the temporary solution is to download the official Microsoft OUTLOOK app from the play store which has an email client, a built-in calendar and shows all events correctly.
