1. Open file explorer
   
2. In the address bar type \\njfs1
   
3. Once a new window opens, search for the intended printer, ex. Reception C2225
   
4. Right click on it, then click Connect
   

 

P.S. – For those using Citrix apps, do not click on \\njfs1 link directly from Outlook if you happen to receive an email with a hyperlink to this server. The printer will fail to install. Follow the steps above for best results.
